Key & Kiln Pottery is opening a limited apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated potter who already understands the basics and wants to grow into production-level skill. This is a hands-on, immersive learning experience inside a working pottery studio, ideal for someone who wants to refine technique, learn professional workflow systems, and begin creating work. This apprenticeship is knowledge and materials based. In exchange for your time, you’ll receive instruction, clay, tools, and the ability to begin developing your own work under the Key & Kiln brand.

The behind-the-scenes of running a small pottery business

Time Commitment
Hours and schedule are flexible.
The primary goal is helping to meet a monthly production quota for Key & Kiln. Beyond that, you can put in as much time as you’d like for your own development.
